To remove the pillowcase, first open the snap button in the center and then take off the cover.
Machine-wash the cover on a gentle cycle at 30–40°C and let it air-dry completely before placing it back on the pillow.
The pillow itself is not machine-washable. Clean the surface with a damp cloth only and let it air-dry.
Avoid hot water, soaking or tumble-drying.

• For back sleepers:
Place your head in the central cradle so it rests inside the dip.

Your shoulders should remain off the pillow, only the neck and head are supported.
• For side sleepers:
Lie with the head on one of the lower side zones of the Horn Side.

Your arm can rest in front of you or slightly under the pillow edge if comfortable. Avoid putting the shoulder on top of the pillow.
• For stomach sleepers:
Rotate the pillow 180° and use the Roll Side (lower loft).
Rest your head on the low side so the neck is not overstretched when turning the head to breathe.
Both sides maintain healthy alignment. The Horn Side is optimized for back/side posture, while the Roll Side is more suitable for stomach sleepers or those preferring a lower height.
