Refund & Return Policy

At Orvicks, we are committed to ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible. Please review the return process and policies outlined below.

1) 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or you selected the wrong size, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility conditions:

  • Items must be clean, undamaged and in original packaging.
  • All included accessories and complimentary items must be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

2) Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a refund depending on your preference.

How to report:

  • Email support@orvicks.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels).
  • Include your order number and clear photo/video evidence of the issue (for lost parcels: carrier tracking info).
  • We’ll process your claim as quickly as possible and confirm whether a refund or replacement will be issued.

Note: This fast-resolution route helps you get back on your feet without waiting for a return to arrive and be inspected.

3) How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us first: Email support@orvicks.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive instructions: Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address and instructions. (Returns without prior approval may be refused.)
  3. Pack securely: Use the original box or similar protective packaging. Ensure all accessories are included.
  4. Ship with tracking: Use a trackable, insured service and keep your proof of postage. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
  5. Refund timing: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

4) Non-Returnable Items

To keep our quality standards high, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that are used, worn, soiled or not in original condition/packaging.
  • Returns missing included accessories or complimentary items.
  • Final sale / promotional bundles beyond the allowable return logic below.

Bundle returns:
If you return part of a bundle, we will deduct the full-price value of the items you keep from your refund.

5) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to cancel or change your order? Email support@orvicks.com ASAP.
  • If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • If processing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it under the 30-day policy above.

6) Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
  • Please use trackable, insured postage. Orvicks is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit to our return address.

Your Statutory Rights (UK & Ireland)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law in your country of residence.
For customers in the United Kingdom, this includes your rights under UK consumer law.
For customers in Ireland, this includes your rights under Irish and EU consumer legislation.

If the goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the legal consumer protection framework that applies in your jurisdiction.
